The ENERGYbase project features an innovative overall conception offering a high-grade, up-to-date solution to make good the deficits of ordinary office and industrial buildings with respect to energy engineering, indoor climate and quality in use . Passive-house standard, a stepped façade as solar generator and sunshield, solar cooling and plants filtering the air indoors for top quality are only a few of the elements that go to make up the integrated building design.
